"Red haired girl couldn’t tell you her name but damn was she smart. I just moved into an old home with a beat up pool and thought I was gonna have to replace everything but she helped me realize I just needed new gaskets and parts for my filter. I know there is a closer pool place to me but this will be my store."

"Edit: the red head lady in there is useless as a bag of rocks. You go in looking for something like a gasket and it's, "I hope I pick the right one". She just stand there, at the counter. Came in to buy 450lbs of filter sand, a gasket and lube but after standing there for 10 min trying to figure out what gasket I needed, I went across the street to the actual professionals at Memphis Pool. $200+ sale gone for you. Won't be back in here. Sure miss the old days with Ashley and Jeremy. Ashley repaired my polaris and its running like new. She and Jeremy tell me exactly what I need to do after testing water"
"Major props to Leslie's Pool and their staff! First year pool owners (new pool) we didn't cover the pool to prevent leaves from dumping in at Thanksgiving storms. Were out of town and/or unable to scoop them out for a week. Lost. The. Battle. Water looked like French onion soup or soy sauce... unknown quantities of leaves in the deep end. Desperate! Leslie's gave us step by step instructions with accompanying chemicals. It didn't work... so under their algae free guarantee, I got a second set of instructions with additional chemicals. It took a little while to work it's way through, and required me to clean out my filter a few times, but I now have a sparkling clean pool again! Amazing magic!"
