"'Christian'? That's laughable. Horrific. 'Receptionist', Tara, was rude when I called to verify address/location whist on our way. Once we arrived, she (in jeans and t-shirt, dirty hair) advised that our visit would be $150 for the initial visit, and subsequent visits would also be $150 until we reached our deductible. Immediately after she stated that she had just advised that our visits would be (initial) $105, and then $78 and change, until we reached our deductible. When I said, "that's not what you just said", she replied: "THAT IS WHAT I JUST SAID, MA'AM". She then put my husband on HER CELL PHONE with their 'insurance provider'. When my husband had spent 40 minutes on the phone with the insurance company, 3 weeks prior, and this 'Dr.' was recommended, as he was in our 'network' and the copay would be $50, Millennial, disrespectful Tara rudely continued to advise: "I AM TRYING TO HELP YOU MA'AM". She most definitely was NOT. I asked how much a canceled visit would cost at that point, and why didn't she follow up as promised, with my husband, when he made the appointment, regarding the cost/insurance, and perhaps saving us the canceled visit cost. She told us that she had called the day prior, but "no one answered". When I showed her his phone, to verify that no one had called, she pointed to her computer and said: "it's notated right here that we called". Ok. Sure you called... his phone log is a liar... We paid the $25 and will never return. Despite the fact that there might have been miscommunication between the insurance company and the Dr.'s office, she was beyond rude and flat-out nasty. She NEVER followed up and never called, in THREE WEEKS TIME, despite her promise to do so. Bad on us that we didn't follow up, but don't we count on providers to do what they promise? That's how you want to treat people that come in for counseling, when they're already in a bad place? No thank you very much. Clearly, Tara is not in the 'customer service' or 'care' category. It's clearly about money for her and the 'Dr.' and being 'right' (which she was not). She, and the office were unsettling from moment one. Disgusting and beyond disappointing are the most generous things I can say."
