"Very disappointed with the professionalism of this place. It also is so hard to get into contact with the office, they are almost never there and you have to send text messages to get ahold of anybody if you are lucky, and they never call you back. I was told I was going to be emailed worksheets on a Tuesday, called three times and sent a text, they said they would make sure it was done. Lo and behold two weeks later still nothing. The lack of professionalism in a health wellness place like this kills me. Tennessee needs better mental health professionals."

"45 years old and 1st time in my life I try to get help with my depression and this guy Jim who was in a whole new world. Maybe said 40 words to me in 45 minutes. All it was is pretty much one question do I have thoughts of suicide. Absolutely no advice for me. Just a piece of paper with suicide hotline. Just confirms me that nobody really gives a care about anyone else. A family member and friend talk me into this. What a joke."
