"I have been using the CVS Pharmacy on W. Main Street in Lebanon since 2015. The employees are friendly, helpful, and very considerate of me and my needs. My pharmaceutical needs have increased over the years. The pharmaceutical team does an excellent job in helping me to understand how to use my prescriptions and in keeping up when changes are necessary. I like my Care Pass and the CVS App. They have helped to make my shopping experience easier, and they are helping me to save money. I highly recommend this CVS Pharmacy."

"The CVS in Lebanon Tennessee is horrible. They have ridiculous hold times on the phone to refill a prescription. When you go to the drive thru you wait for an average of about 20 minutes especially if there is a line of customers. They no longer call you by name by because they do not know who you are anymore. There is someone new behind the counter every time I go there."

"This store is truly a mess. Front of the store staff can be nice, until you ask a question that is occurring at other cvs stores. The store NEVER had coupons up, the app is always glitching so we never know what items are on sale or qualify for extra bucks. The store is also sold out and rarely restocks. If stock is there it just sits in tubs. The pharmacy is a hot mess, I have has my meds filled by CVS in NE, IA and FL. This location in Lebanon TN has much to be desired. Staff loses scripts, rarely send notifications to providers. Even though they say they have sent it multiple times. I have been told medication that are being field and they clearly see I am waiting in a chair, they will either ignore that I requested it or miss it completely. I have sat more then an hour when I was told it would be 20 min. Antibiotics for infection should not have to wait excessive amounts of time."
