"Don’t even take your camper there for them to look at it. I had to pay $203 just to get a $17,000 estimate on a small whole. I paid her $205 cash and she came back out to the parking lot saying I picked my money back up. I ended up paying twice for nothing. BEWARE. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!! I have felt with shady places but this one beats all."

"Be very careful if they tell you they are going to fix something. The window in our Keystone was leaking (brand new camper just bought). They told me they were ordering a new window. Then they told me they just removed the window, resealed it and water tested it. The tech told me he couldn't duplicate the water leak. Get it home and find water sitting in the track from the water test. I placed a mark on the window to see if the window was going to get replaced before I dropped it off. The tape I placed on the window, in a spot only I knew, was still attached indicating that window was never removed like they said they did. The window is still leaking!!! Be smart and mark what the issue is in a place only you know that way you will know if what they say they are doing was done."
"Hey I enjoyed this team of professionals Ava at the front desk always doing a great job. Also all the guys in service and the service manager helped me out today. I have a 2022 keystone hideout that's needed several things from manufacturer's warranty. They've all done their best to make sure everything gets fixed and put on the manufacturer and I'm not out anything out of pocket. Keep up the good work guys thank you."
