"Purchased a box mod. First let me say they were friendly the few times I've been in the store. Anyway I purchased a box mod that stopped working after about 3 weeks. I texted them a copy of the receipt. They said we can't do anything. Email the manufacturer I did. They said they can't do anything. They said get with the shop. Typical run around so 110 bucks wasted. I know they have a distributor they could have done something to help me out. In return I went to a shop in Kingston and he's been insanely nice. I get the stuff comes from China I know it breaks. But within 3 weeks and you guys do nothing is sad."
