"At first I had to stop using this pharmacy because it was always so busy and would take a very long time to fill prescriptions. However I am happy to say they have vastly improved! The staff are much more friendly now, prescriptions are filled In better times (they even can sometimes expedite if you ask or need), and though they are busy a lot they get customers through fairly quick. It can still get really busy and wait times go up but it’s close to my home and I just try to plan accordingly. It would be nice if they had a little more staff but I know that’s a problem everywhere right now. I decided to switch all my family’s prescriptions back to this Kroger pharmacy, we had been using Walgreens but every Walgreens near us has gotten horrible. But since I’ve been using this Kroger pharmacy for over a year now it has been consistently good. My prescriptions are correct, done on time, staff are friendly and I’m very pleased."
"Walked right up to the counter at 6pm on a Thursday. No wait. Greeted and checked out with medication and instructions on how to take from the Dr in less than 10 minutes total. definitely would come pick up from here again. 0 issues, very friendly staff."
"This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I came in at 7:00 to fill my fathers medication, they told me the medication was on hold and that they would need to talk to the pharmacist. I have a sit and wait 20 minutes for the tech to come back to me and say the prescription has already been filled which is impossible because the PCP had just sent it in. The tech then tells me to have a seat again and he will speak to the pharmacist. 10 mins later I go back up to the desk to ask how much longer and the lady tech is so rude. She tells me it’ll only be 10 more minutes and that the prescription is being filled right now. After another 10 minutes, I go back up to the desk and the pharmacist says that they can’t fill the prescription until the 9th. I don’t understand why I wasn’t told that from the beginning and why I had to wait 45 minutes to not even get the prescription filled. The pharmacist was very rude and came out with an attitude. Don’t come here to get your prescriptions filled they are useless and very unprofessional. I’m not surprised why this place only has 2.5 stars. Save your money and go to CVS instead"
"Worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. Been using them for nearly 3 years since it’s walking distance from my house, so it’s not a one time thing. They literally cannot figure out how to fill prescriptions. Not auto-fill, not ones sent from the ER, not monthlies, not 90-day, not even call ins are filled on time/at all or alerted. Sometimes alerts that the Rx is ready come through the next day for one’s picked up the day before. When your Rx isn’t filled, they always have a different reason for something you were supposed to do to have it filled. Now they’re telling you that they need 24 hour notice for refills. I’ve set my thyroid pill up on auto 3 times and it’s auto filled maybe 3 times. Line can take over 40min even with 1-2 cars in front of you. I’ve never had any issues with any other Kroger pharmacies over 20 years. Hermitage, truse in Memphis, sanderlin Memphis, forest hill Germantown, Collierville all can figure out how to fill Rx and in fact are 5-star. This one is worse than any other including several Walgreens, superd, Eckards, cvs"
"This location has terrible communication skills. Technicians and pharmacists don’t call when prescriptions have issues then you show up to find your script not filled. The staff wants to make excuses about the script not being filled but the only complaint we have is not calling us so that we can figure out a solution instead of thinking something is ready. We will be moving our families business to another pharmacy."
