"Refills are never ready. Last two prescriptions from MD office are not filled upon submission from MD office request but held until “confirmed”. Called today to request refill and was told (at 12 noon) that their “policy is now24 notice”. Move prescription. Apparently the pharmacy had enough business they do not want more."

"Good customer service, not always the most efficient, but understand they stay busy, and still so, so much better than the Lebanon Kroger which is so busy they can be rude, and will rarely answer the phones, (Again I understand they're busy and understaffed) so not blaming the pharmacist or techs, but the management for this problem. Will not be using Lebanon Kroger again until they get this issue resolved!"

"This pharmacy has the worse customer service. Doctor send them my scripts and I am told by the pharmacy it will be ready in 10-15 minutes and that they will call me to the counter when it is ready. Waited 40 minutes, then decided to stand in line to see if it was ready yet. They assured me it would be ready soon and that they will call me when it is ready. I waited another 20 minutes and decided to stand in line again. Find out my medicine is finally ready. Good to know that unlike Walgreens, they do not know how to call someone to the counter when they prescription is ready."
