Calvary Baptist School

"Our 16 yr. old grandson attends Calvary Baptist School and I must say I'm taken back by a couple of the reviews I've read. This has not been our experience nor do I believe some of things shared here would be tolerated. We are very pleased with the quality of education and personal care given to our grandson. I believe with all honesty I can say “each person in authority wants to see every child succeed and have a bright future". If you're looking for a private Christian education for your young person I'd like to recommend “Calvary Baptist School”."

"This has been my home church for going on 10 years! My children attended Calvary school and they loved it. Some of the best teachers in Roane County teach here. There are gonna be problems anywhere you have people just like you have problems at any other school in the world where there are human beings involved but at least here children are taught the Bible and are shown the love of God in Christ Jesus!"

"My children have been attending this school for three years now, in daycare, Pre-K and kindergarten, and I too, was a student there as a young child. I loved my teachers as a child, and my children and I love the teachers now. The foundation they provide by teaching excellent manners and reading and math skills is unparalleled. The staff is courteous and genuinely care about the kids. I highly recommend Calvary school."

"I send both of my children to Calvary pre school and they are wonderful. I noticed a few negative reviews about the school and I cannot believe the stories these people are telling. My family has had nothing short of an excellent experience with this school and I would recommend this school to any parent who wants their children to have a strong foundation of God in their lives as well as an excellent curriculum. My son and daughter both attended the pre school program for the 2017 school year and I am simply amazed at what the teachers at Calvary were able to teach them only having them for 4 hours a day. I would highly recommend this school to any parent, the tuition is well worth the cost when you see how well your children do here, and like anything else in this world you get what you pay for."

"If you send your kids to this school and pay the ridiculous tuition for a lousy education, pull them out. They fire good teachers based off rumors and gossip, rather than punishing the people who start the UNTRUE rumors. The staff focuses more on the drama between them and the parents than the students themselves. I am embarrassed that this is even a private school setting and people are paying for their children to be in this toxic environment. Put them in Mt. Pisgah if you want your children to have the good christian education you thought Calvary would be able to offer."
