"There are a lot of problems with this place. Between one shift and the next there doesn’t seem to be any pass down of information. They may also check on the patients, or maybe not, depends. I also think a soup kitchen has better food. A slice of white bread seems to be the only real constant with every meal. It’s not a dietary requirement that the food is bland, repetitive, and cheap, it’s complacency. A few employees seem very concerned and empathetic, but for most of them it feels like it’s just a shift where they don’t want to be bothered. It’s the bare minimum of care. My personal recommendation would be to not put anyone here that you care about, and if I ever happen to be sent here… shoot me. Ciao."
"If you love your elder do NOT put them in this healthcare facility. My daddy was dying and on hospice... NO ONE called me to come say my final goodbye. When he was admitted there he could walk and talk... Easter Sunday everything changed. They said "he fell" in the middle of the night and they didn't know how long he was on the floor. He was never the same after that. This place needs to be investigated by the state of Arkansas. They are very misleading... Then had the audacity to call me for money the Monday after my daddy passed away even though his stay there was covered. And his money that was supposed to go to him each month, no one knows where it went to or who has it... I know I don't have it. They had control of his monthly social security check. My biggest regret is putting my daddy in that place... And now everyday I have to calm down my 10 year old little girl because she didn't get to tell her pawpaw goodbye... Hope your happy with the money Harris Healthcare because I know we are NOT pleased at all with the fact that no one called us to tell us he was in his last moments. If you cherish your loved one do NOT put them here... You may not get to say goodbye to them. Oh and I had to put his table back by his bed everytime I went in there even though there was a clear sign on the wall saying to leave his table close to him so he can reach his drinks. Yes I will be his voice through this."
"In August my mom was admitted for physical therapy ONLY. Wed she was fine, Thursday she was fine. Friday when I got there she was shaking out if control high fever high blood sugar and high blood pressure as she was NOT being treated for any these conditions. And wasn't Nonit able to reponde meds no nothing. I ran to nurse station and asked her to please call me and ambulance she was playing on her phone on Facebook! Told me yea your mom been like that all day. Said she would have to call Dr to get orders for ambulance. I waited about 5 mins. She still hasn't called 911 said Dr hasn't returned her calls. Lucky I had Dr private cell so I called. He informed me he orders a CT scan earlier which want order. I told him Mom condition and I WAJT AN AMBULANCE NOW! He asked where the nurse was I told him right here. He wanted to speak to her, which she gave me a dirty look and he told her get her an ambulance now! When ambulance arrived tie EMT said she is septic shockand was airlifting her to NEA. When arrives upon the hospital the ER Dr informed me mom was like 4-6 from death. Her body was shutting down and she was dying as I step on her room. Thanks to NEA and the good lord my momma survived even tho Dr bhad doubt she would pull through the the night. There are one or 2 good aids and a nurse. Mu advice is I wouldn't send my stray dog tho this place. They don't put patient trays where they can reach it. They don't help feed. If you truly love you loved one please take my advice and send somewhere else"
"There are some really kind and compassionate people who work there. The nurses are very attentive. The dietary team makes good food. A lot of effort is put into keeping the facility clean and safe for its residents. The activities director is passionate about her work and she stays very involved with the residents. Its under new management since November and has grown in a highly positive direction with a strong team of caring individuals who do not sacrifice the care of its residents for convieniance."
"They can't get a driver to take patients to dialysis on weekends , drivers feel their time is more important than patient welfare , And as it seems the administration feels the same way. Most of the people do their jobs well, A few are mean spirited and verbally abusive. This place needs a shake up and awakening.........."
