"The first time I went there it was fine, but the last time I went there, the way the lady there spoke was very rude to me . I absolutely can’t accept this,I was going there almost every week.You can’t use this word“MANN” to customer. You are trying to make word games, but anyone who can use their brain understands that.what I meant there is that "as a shop owner and as a woman" you cannot talk to the customer as if they were your friend.You may not change my product, but this way of speaking is wrong.I just wanted to get a discount for another product after a product that I did not like at all.I did not come there to return the product back."
