"Absolute and complete rude , aggressive a--holes more than once to me and my wife. They are a compounding pharmacy so the hospital and medical offices nearby always use them, but my honest experience is that they do NOT deserve your business, and God help you if you need to return something or any issue dealt with. They just want your money and for not one ounce of decent customer service. I will drive as far as it takes to avoid doing business with them ever again. If I could give them NO stars I would."

"I have never had any issues with this pharmacy. I had to switch to them about a year ago due to the shortage on Nature Throid. They have always had the dosage that I need. Always mail my script to me & it's always here within 3 days from the time I call it in. They are always nice to me on the phone any time I call them. So glad I found them. "Randy and staff are the best. He calls to let me know that I should be getting close to refill time and asks if I want them to start preparing my next prescription, so that I don't run out. I know we have all gotten used to pill counting pharmacies, so when we have a prescription that needs to be compounded, we forget that it takes time, and there are other people that also need compounded prescriptions. We need to be patient. Thanks, Randy for making sure I never run out of my prescrition."

"I drove from Columbia to pick up a very important medication for my husband. I realized that they closed at 2:00 on Fridays so I called them at 1:47 to let them know I was on my way...like 1.5 miles away. They refused to wait for me due to carpet cleaners at their place. The person I spoke with was not accommodating at all and basically was arguementive as I begged her to let me pick up the medication. I now have to make a special trip up here on Monday."
