"The pharmacists are very helpful, but I had repeated problems when they hired new clerks who didn't understand how to check out. I needed 24 hour Sudafed, which is controlled. On 3 separate occasions, 3 new clerks got a different product and scanned it without showing it to me. When I asked to see it,it was the wrong product. They did not know how to properly reverse the sale. I was then unable to buy the product I needed because it is controlled. This is the Walgreens on Murfreesboro Road and Carothers. For this reason, I don't shop there anymore. Also, another new clerk in the store didn't know how to scan my coupons. She refused to get help and fix the problem. She then closed out the sale without scanning the coupons. Because I insisted that she correct the problem, she called me rude. Finally, the manager came over and fixed the problem."
"They literally could care less about your prescriptions. No follow up. Really bad service. They won’t make your life easy."
