"Had an old tip fall apart shooting next door, so I go next door to buy a tip to put on myself, was charged 32 dollars for 2 lepro tips that cost 30 dollars for a BOX OF 50. Literally robbed me of 30 bucks because I didn’t know the market price of lepros, absolutely criminal. Will report to BBB as well, absolutely inexcusable. And to think I bought this cue there 14 years ago, will never bring any business here ever again, absolute thieves."
"Such a waste of time and gas. I was excited about buying a new pool table. I checked the website 12/29 said they are open Noon - 6:00. I drove an hour and got there at 12:30. There was a sign on the door that said be back at 3:00 with a phone number. I called and got a recording, left a voicemail figuring someone would want to come by and sell a new table. I went and got lunch ran some errands .. an hour later still no call. As of 9:00AM the next day still no call .I will be visiting A Plus in paducah for my table."
"Great place to have a custom cue made, or choose from a selection of professional products. They also can alter your cue to fit your needs better. My husband had them re-felt his pool table awhile back and put new rails on. They did a great job."
"Walked in to get a cue tip replaced and walked out disappointed because he told me that it would be 45 for a tip and a new ferrill when my ferrill was fine and all I needed was a tip that I ended up watching YouTube and doing it myself for a couple bucks"
"I enjoy the bar but I sent my jump cue it to get my name put on was told 7to 10 business day it would be done it's going on day 14 and I called them they said it wouldn't be done for another week very dissapointed in that"
