"Horrible, terrible, awful customer service. The company is fine as long as you don't try to leave and you don't need a response within the next week/month. My medication company dropped me from the program and I assumed I would no longer be charged by Medlink, as I was no longer receiving medication. I emailed them to make sure and received no response. They charged me two days later. I emailed my customer service rep I had been in contact with four times and left two voicemails saying I wanted to cancel my service over the course of a month. Not only did they NOT respond or cancel my service, they charged me for another month. I then had to call my bank and try to block them from charging me again. I'm not sure if it worked yet, since I still technically haven't gotten my service cancelled because no one will return my communications and I might get charged for a third month. I am out $120 because they won't answer their phone or return messages or treat their customers with some common courtesy like not charging them TWICE for something they didn't receive. TLDR; I do not recommend them; find another service like it with better customer support if you don't want to be charged $120 for no reason."

"I use Crestor and they save me at least 60% of pharmacy cost. It is actual Crestor brand name. The only issue I have with MedLink is their customer service. It is soooooooo very hard to get in touch with them to refill a prescription. It sometimes takes weeks and call after call to get somebody to call you back. Due to poor customer support I am now forced to look for another pharmacy like MedLink to order from with better customer support!!"
