"The counseling is great but the business side behind the desk are so disorganized!!! They don’t pick up the phone even when I call BOTH BRANCHES! AND DIFFERENT LINES! They call back after they are closed so if you get the call you better pick up or else you won’t hear from them at all! And when rescheduling your appointment GOOD LUCK more than likely they still have you scheduled for last appointment! WHEN ANDREW WAS BEHIND THE DESK I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM!!!!!"
