"I’m a current employee here. I worked with the some staff from ShiftKey, I realized that our facility tries not to pay agency premium rates or accept reasonable bids for agency driving outside their local area or accepting last minute posted shifts. I am a witness that agency doesn’t like coming to our facility because regular staff tries to give them the rooms that are heavy duty or rooms nobody really wants when there is a whole other wing to our building, they want them to accept small amounts of money but work them super hard on the toughest wing every time never working in the other area of the building, the facility person handling agency waits until the next day to approve their worklogs for payment when other facilities do it same day after shift is complete and they might be needing that money to keep picking up shifts here, but worklogs are ALWAYS delayed causing payment to be as well. We literally walk food trays down the hallways 1 by 1 when it would be smart to have a food cart to deliver trays. We don’t have pads, we use sheets. We need the help so pay the agency people premium pay, they shouldn’t be driving from Clarksville, TN or even farther to work hard as hell for under 24.00 hourly, 20 or 21 an hour to drive to a job is not even worth it, I understand it. They may as well keep driving to other areas and skip over us if we are not making it worth their while. Regular employees need the help. But nobody is going to come here walking trays 1 by 1, getting placed in the hardest wing of the building ALL THE TIME, always getting stuck with heavy load rooms, and not getting paid after their shift ends until next day."

The care is exceptional, the facility is extremely clean, even down to outside the building. The staff members take pride in their work and better the quality of life for the elders by taking them on outings and getting creative with activities! They go to the movies, go to restaurants, go shopping, literally everything. It’s so much more than a nursing home and truly is a remarkable place! I work in healthcare and see many facilities and none compare! When the time comes, I will place my loved one here and have full confidence they will be taken care of better than I ever could!"
