"Went in today to purchase a vape and saw totes full of merchandise in the store like they had recieved their truck. I asked of they had a certain vape because I didn't see it in the display case and they had the value I asked for in one of the totes but because the manager decided to leave early nothing was scanned into the system and it will be tomorrow morning before I can get my vape. Terrible way of conducting business and their turnover rate for employees is disturbing. Need better business conduct, morals, and employees who are responsible enough to complete their job like Scanning In Inventory!"

"I just wanted to make a quick stop, as I had been down just south of Franklin, in Columbia TN. I was surprised with the amount of inventory of products & huge selections. The store is nice & it's clean & probably has anything you might need, & of course the prices were better than they are a little further north in Franklin. I was actually there for about 10 minutes instead of just a couple as planned, but that's the best thing about the place: the guy who runs the store was the coolest. Just very helpful, as there's alot to take in, & very knowledgeable. Certainly other tobacco stores will have most of the same things, but it would be tough to beat the good people & the positive vibes of that tobacco shop."
