"I went into get coils and juice today (11/13/22). I was met by an employee with a terrible attitude. She was unable to get me the right coils for the vape i purchased at that store. She sold me the wrong coils, then put her ugly attitude on full display, patronizing me with pet names, while speaking to me condesendingly about a product I had questions about. It's dissapointing to meet a person with such an ugly attitude in a place I have shopped at for years. This employee needs an education in customer relations, as she clearly does not know how to speak to customers. I will not be returning to this store, and you should find another place to shop in order to avoid interactions with her."

"This place is clean, well lit, and competently staffed. Prices are much higher than those that can be found online, but that's to be expected for a brick and mortar. Great to test new flavors or if you run out of something and need to replace it stat, albeit at an increased price for the convenience. Staff will usually answer questions knowledgeably, but it is obvious they are usually pushing the newest device rather than trying to match your individual needs."
