"Jacqueline/Jacky is perhaps the worst store manager I’ve ever dealt with. When I came in today she greeted me with a smile, however as soon as I informed her I needed to exchange a shirt and shorts she immediately turned serious and annoyed. She tried to deny both my exchanges stating my new shirt was past 90days (that was lie) it was still within that time period and then she said the shorts were worn since the tag was wrinkly (the shorts are brand new) the tag was like that like that when I bought it. She was forced to exchange my shirt (since it was within 90days) but denied the exchange of the brand new shorts. I was adamant that the shorts are new, showed receipt and she still denied it. I told her to make an exception and she gave me a hard time, she had a bad attitude and was rude when denying the exchange. If you ever shop at the Woodland Hills Fabletics stay away from Jaqueline (store manager) she’s mean and only cares about sells, not the customer. I’m a VIP member and definitely wouldn’t recommend shopping there due to her."

"False advertising and poor customer service in Woodland Hills location. I experienced 2 separate issues and the manager was useless for handling both. Issue 1: ordered items 60% off through the app. Nowhere on the order or in the listing did it say final sale. Took 2 of the 3 items to the store to return and manager refused to return saying final sale. I asked her where it said that on my receipt or on the listing and she said that’s just their policy when it is that much discounted. Huh?! Where does it say that on the website or on the listing of the items?! I showed her listings that clearly say final sale on the app with other sale items that do not even when those sale items are 60%+ off. She still refused. Called customer service in the Philippines and they were able to handle it for me right then and there. Manager was clearly just unwilling to satisfy a customer and resolve the issue. Issue 2: Went into this location early December and joined the club. Received the special 50% off promos for leggings. In addition purchased non promo items. Needed to exchange 2 of the 50% off leggings for a different size. Asked which other leggings at the same price point I could choose from for the exchange. Picked 2 new leggings exact same price as the others and manager tried to charge me money for the even exchange siting that they weren’t the exact same legging. She still wouldn’t budge even though I was exchanging for the same priced legging. I’m immediately canceling my membership as the store policies or ridiculous and the online return of sale items is a scam. UPDATE: Chad suggested I reach out to their members email in their canned response below. I did and haven’t heard anything back. Not the greatest customer service all around. Sad because I like the product but if these are the people that are hired to resolve issues (store manager and reputation management people), I’m not impressed."
