"DO NOT BUY EQUIPMENT FROM THIS STORE - I have a mod for D8 cartridges, but wanted an alternate. The only one they had was a $10 option, but it wouldn't work with any of the three cartridges they sold me nor the one I already had. Took it back to get a refund, they tested it with a different cartridge and said technically it works so I cannot get a refund. When I pointed out that it does not work with any of my four cartridges, including three I purchased from them, they conceded that they might be different but I'd have to bring in one of the ones they sold me to demonstrate. $10 is not worth two trips to the store, I told them to just throw it away. They saved $10 bucks, but considering how many hundreds of dollars I spent each year at that store, I think they're going to come out behind in the long run..."

"I've been here twice so far to grab a new device( one for my wife and one for myself) and could not be more satisfied with my purchases. The staff was the biggest thing for me. Super helpful and patient with my questions and honest when it came to my needs. I did not feel like I was being upsold for a bigger sale at all.
