"If I could give this shop less than a star, I would. Recently, my husband went into the shop simply to get a vape. He walks out to the car for about a minute, tries to use the vape, only to find that the vape doesn’t work. It’s whatever, we have dealt with vapes not working before. He went back into the store not even being gone more than a minute and the employees refuse to switch out the vapes. Never have I ever been to a shop that refuses to swap out faulty products after a maximum of a minute of being gone. If the shop does not allow people to return faulty products after a minute or two, they should have a policy that all products must be tested before they are removed from the shop like other places. We will not be back. I hope that this review saves someone else from being screwed out of $25."
"A great selection of both local and simple pieces. Always a great interaction and able to grab what I need quickly. Also, they have a selection of papers and cones."
"It’s pretty good, but once they sell out of a product it seems like it sometimes never gets restocked. Also there is an employee that is very rude and short that works there sometimes."
"My visit to Marley’s smoke shop was nothing short of a nightmare. I was appalled by the complete lack of respect and the offensive treatment I received from the staff. The way I was spoken to was utterly disrespectful, and it’s disheartening that such behavior exists in a place meant to serve customers. I hope that the shop can address these issues and provide a more welcoming and respectful atmosphere for all visitors."
