"Dana Taylor was absolutely amazing and super efficient! We purchased a stick from this shop while at a CanAm tournament in TN, and the stick broke within the month. We couldn’t find the receipt anywhere, and CCM will only process the claim with the original receipt (not the credit card transcript). I called the store, explained what happened, and Dana got on it right away! He found the transaction, printed the receipt, took a photo of it, and emailed it to us! Thank you so much for your excellent customer service!"

"In town for a Can/Am tournament for the kid. Airline lost his sticks and he has a game at 10am. The shop has a dude sitting at the desk with all the lights on at 915, so I go to get a stick. Door is locked so I knock to get dudes attention, he looks up and flashes a "10" sign with both hands. OK they don't open until 10 so I signal that I'd like to speak to him to quickly explain the situation. He puts up both hands again and looks super annoyed. I guess he really didn't want my $300....."
