Walmart Pharmacy 822 City Avenue South, Ripley, MS 38663

"We have used this Pharmacy since 2001. The last 3 months filling prescription which has been called in week ahead not filled when the time is to pick it up. I called them on the day before prescription date to see if I could pick up prescription first thing in the morning the date prescription to be filled. Said yes. I was 3:30 pm to pick up the prescription the clerk, Monica looked said the insurance hasn't called back to approve the prescription. Asked, then when will it be ready, she said I don't know that could not tell. I asked to speak with the Pharmacist. Tiffany the Pharmacist said we are waiting on them to call back. I said can you call them it's been a day now I need to get this prescription, I live 25 miles away. We wouldn't mind if it was a new prescription but we have been picking this up since 2001. She said I will try. I asked you not call them during the day so that the prescription would be ready to pick up when called for. Tiffany said no, we don't have enough staff to call on pending prescriptions. I said even though this it's a 20 year business customer?? She left saying she would see, came back said would be about an hour. Picked up an hour later ready no problem. Maybe the Pharmacy Manager can look into if the employees need help, & train them to be kind even when it is time for their shift to end. Without Customers, you wouldn't need employees. The Customers kinda help pay for the Business to stay open. Lots of Competitors out there now, and employees can be replaced as fast as you put your finger in a glass of water and remove it."

"Came for diabetic supplies I needed a new test kit. I check ed my blood pressure on their machine and it gave me my weight also I did that while I was waiting. Didn't take but a minute I was in and out they seem to be pretty efficient here."

"Slow at filling meds ! I think they want you to shop more then they will ha e your meds ! Get tired of waiting for your med if I wanted to shop I would but I'm there for my meds not shopping"
