"I went in to ask about selling an exercise bike and to buy a treadmill. The sales rep was very distant and border line racist. I was told to go online but yet I was currently in the store, I told them I could bring the Bowflex Velocore 22 to the store and I was still told, no just go online and then was told that they are not really very interested in bikes... (seems fair I guess ).. I proceeded to let them know I was very interested in buying one of their treadmills, but I was immediately told, just go to the website and they walked away as though I was really not welcome. I was with my two sons, and they seemed surprised that they really didn't even try to sell me anything. This was a very poor experience and they could have easily made a $1,000 sale, but due to how I looked or possibly sound I was met with a feeling of "Just leave, we don't want you here"... Not expectable at all for a place of public retail. I would not recommend this place to anyone and if you do decide to buy, just check the prices online and you will see that they are ripping people off on prices. Very poor customer service and I will never ever set a foot in any Play it again sports stores anywhere. Poor excuse of a business."

"(Delayed review, but we are in the store every few weeks for things, this one just slipped by me.) The best selection of used bats and just about every sport gear in town. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful as well. They've helped us numerous times with our daughter when it comes to getting new bats for next softball season. We've also called and asked a ton of questions about workout equipment, sometimes feeling like a bother, but they've never let us actually feel that way."
