"Clean facilities, friendly staff and very courteous of time. However, Dr. Weddle didn't really provide me the time of day for my physical. I was surprised when she didn't ask me a single question (no questions about prior surgeries, prior injuries, if I had any questions or concerns). I felt rushed. My physical start to finish, urine sample, doctor's visit + short wait, blood work and checkout was 29 minutes. I asked if I could get vaccines for traveling abroad, and she said she didn't do that, which is fine, I understand. My last two PCPs did have various vaccines in stock (e.g. rabies or Hep A), however. I showed up 9 minutes late because Google Maps brought me to the wrong place (very odd) and they were nice about it. This meant though my blood pressure was high because I was stressed that I was running late. The doctor seemed concerned about this despite reassuring her it was because I was running late yet she didn't suggest we take another reading at the ending of the appointment. The thing that is irksome was to get a refill on a pre-existing prescription the office would charge me for another office visit separately than my physical. Since I have a high deductible plan, that means to get a refill on a $5 prescription would cost me over $100, for minutes of the doctor's time to send the script (during my existing appointment, which is also paid for). I instead used telehealth and spoke to another doctor for 1 minute to get my refill for free. Lastly I got my physical before 366 days had passed since my last physical. This is fine because my insurance coverage is based on the calendar year. Yet the front desk was apprehensive and made me sign a form acknowledging I was there prior to 366 days and I may need to pay out of pocket for the appointment if insurance didn't cover it. This seemed unnecessary. They could have just called my insurance company to confirm. This meant though that I'll have trouble trusting them in the future to ensure care is covered since they didn't clear the appointment with insurance in advance. I'd rather the doctor's office, call my insurance company to understand my benefits in order to not gouge my wallet."
"I live in Knoxville, I could go to 100 different doctors here. I drive 150miles to see them. All the staff is great and the Doc is super nice and cares about her patients. I'd give them 10 stars if I could."
"Nothing but great service. From the beautiful young lady at the front desk to Dr. Andrea. Always very friendly and wonderful bedside manners. I recommend their office for any of your medical needs"
"From the front to the back, this is a top notch practice! After one visit with Andrea Weddle, I trust her completely with my healthcare needs. Great practice!!"
