"I called this office Feb 27th and left a message as their voice mail states. They said not to leave multiple messages and return calls will be made within 24 hrs. Today is March 5th and have not received a return call. Needless to say, I have another doctor where a human being actually answered the phone. Maybe Dr. Jones doesn’t get with her nurse to get the patients names and their reason for the visit or her staff is incompetent and of course unprofessional."

"Have been a return patient for over a year now they do not contact you for follow ups. They blamed me for not contacting them when they say they need check up every 6 months. The wait to see a PA was over an hour for 5 minutes to have him send me to get my blood drawn. I will update my future visits. When they gad Christina Salvage this seemed to be a much better practice."

"Dr. Jones has been my PCP for many years now and I cannot imagine switching to anyone else for my primary care. She is just wonderful. I will admit that I have had to wait past my appointment time on multiple occasions but as a nurse myself, I know how that stuff goes so I usually just make sure I schedule my appointment at a time when I know I'm not going to be rushed. And that's a common thing with most doctor's these days so that doesn't bother me. Dr. Jones really makes up for the wait time though because she is so thorough with you in your time with her. She makes sure everything you need addressed gets addressed. She is so calm and really takes into account of how you feel with her suggestions and plan of care. There have been many times where she will suggest something and say "Are you okay with that? Do you feel okay with that plan?" And that is so important to me to feel like I'm a part of my own plan of care. I currently live in a totally different part of town that's about an hour away and I'm still not about to find someone local to me to replace her. She's wonderful and highly recommend her!"

"I have been coming to this office for nearly 5 years. After the Nurse Practitioner I saw moved away a few years ago I started seeing Dr. Jones. I make my check-up appointments in advance and have no trouble getting in. Dr. Jones is personal and takes her time to listen to your concerns. She never seems rushed and I continued to see her even when she was not in my network for a year. I think she's awesome. I know that I may have to see the N.P. in an emergency, but that is the case everywhere."

"My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Jones for 4 years and we have never been able to see her. It is a 3 to 4 week wait to see the doctor or you can see her PA. We were happy with Nurse Practitioner Christina Savage but she left. There is no follow-up, medications were not noted in my file and my last visit was disappointing to say the least. The doctors office has moved 3 times in 4 years, the computer system keeps changing and the office staff is no longer very friendly. We are changing doctors ASAP"
