I ordered exactly what I wanted and they had it ready for me in a couple days. When I picked up the new bike they spent time to take me through the bike's features which are much more advance than my old bike. The experience made getting my new bike as much fun as it was getting a new bike when I was a kid."

"Scott helped me in selecting and buying the kind of bike I wanted. I was 74 years old when I bought my Electra cruiser with seven gears. He helped with accessories and installed them. The staff at Trace Bikes has done a good job each year of giving my bike a complete inspection. Yesterday I picked up my bike after the inspection. I had 2,200 miles on it. I rode 32 miles today. It was delightful. The weather was ideal. They installed new batteries in the speedometer, properly inflated the tires, and inspected everything on it.
