"This pharmacy is very slow and unconcerned, and the customer service is terrible. I waited for twenty minutes in the drive thru pharmacy line just for them to tell me that I have to go on the inside and then when I get inside I waited about thirty minutes, and then after I paid for my prescription I had to wait another ten minutes for them to mix my prescription because they gave me straight powder. This was the worst pharmacy visit ever."

"By far the worst pharmacy to use. I asked for our RX to go to Kroger but they were sent here on accident. I figured no big deal, it’s out of the way but it is what it is. I called to make sure they had it since I thought it was sent to Kroger and it wasn’t I figured I should double check just in case to make sure I was going to the correct one. I called while heading up there and was on hold for 17min when someone picked led up and said ‘Thanks for calling cvs, please be prepared to hold for 20min’ and put me straight back on hold. They never answered the phone and I sat in the drive thru for over 10min and not one car moved an inch. Couldn’t go in because my infant son was asleep in his car seat and I didn’t want to interrupt his nap. I left and will try to go back after my husbands home to keep the baby so I can hopefully run in and get these antibiotics faster than waiting in the drive thru. I’ll never let this happen again. From now on I’ll double check to make sure they called them into Kroger."
