"This is the second issue I’ve had doing business at this Edwin Watts. I had been looking for a center shaft Ping putter and I found the one I wanted at Edwin Watts so I bought it. After I bought this brand new putter they give me a regular putter cover for it. One that’s not made for a center shaft putter and they tell me that’s the one it comes with and that’s all that they had. I had to go on Ping’s website and buy the correct putter head cover. How do you sell a brand new putter and not have the correct head cover? Take a ride to Brentwood and go to Golf Galaxy. Much better experience."

"Stopped by today to purchase a bag and some new clubs. I also wanted to get some grips put on some other clubs 6 in total. I asked the guy that does the grips if he could do the clubs and he refused to do the clubs. He said he would only do 3 in case someone would possibly come in between 1pm and 6pm to have 3 clubs done, So you turn away business for possible business later on that may or may not come, sounds like a solid sales plan. It may not matter to the manager but they not only lost the sale of the grips but they lost $2000.00 sale on clubs and a bag and all future business. I would never recommend doing business at Edwin Watts Golf here in Nashville."

"I ended up having a great experience and bought my first driver. This location is only about 10 minutes from my house but previously chose not to go based on reviews. This weekend I had a friend visiting from out of town and he told me he had a good experience at the location where he lives and that they have a good return policy in case you aren't happy with your club purchase so I decided to give it a shot. An employee asked if he could help within a couple of minutes of browsing and showed me a few clubs in the price range of what I was looking for. After not liking the first couple of clubs I tried out I continued to browse and Jojo asked if he could help me find anything in particular. We went through a few clubs and he gave me lot's of info and even encouraged me to get the club that suited me better, even though it was cheaper than the other one I was trying to decide between. I wasn't thrilled with the grip on the club I liked so he offered to re-grip it while I waited. They will re-grip a club that you buy from them at no extra labor charge. You just pay for the grip. I'll definitely be back."

"1 star 10/20 This is the second time I've been to this store. The first time was bad, the service SUCKS. I received a $350 gift certificate and my family convinced me to give it another shot. I walk in the store at 5:30...its too late they tell me. 10/21 4 star Spoke with corporate a great guy. See Taylor if you go. Thanks for responding like you care."
