"I came to Deja to get a sterling silver ring repaired (a small-time purchase for them), based on friends' recommendations. The repair was done faster (despite the busy holidays) and cheaper than estimated (although the original estimate was also reasonable). The staff at Deja were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly (especially to my 3-year old, who really appreciated the hot cocoa they offered). I'm also really glad I had the chance to see their showroom: Deja's styles are GORGEOUS and varied, with lots of designs covering traditional, vintage, and modern styles. "I was always intimidated by ring shopping so I lagged on the proposal because I didn't want to overpay on something I knew nothing about. I did many yelp searches on custom jewelers and decided to go to a few stores for due diligence. Compared to other jewelers, I didn’t find any other jeweler as genuine, sincere, honest, or patient as them. They gave me a lesson on the 4Cs and GIA report tips. Once I selected the loose diamond in person, they sent it to their local custom designer to 3D print the wax mold with the halo and pavé ring band. They weren't pushy in asking for a specific deposit % and made sure it was something I could afford. They have an independent appraiser that goes to their store every so often and it's free of charge (other jewelers leave it up to you to get it appraised on your own). I was shocked at how big of a discount they gave me based on the appraisal report and the final cost, which ultimately confirmed that I chose the right jeweler. The ring turned out to be exactly what my fiancé wanted and in her words, she was "absolutely speechless and better than anything she could've imagined." Deja & Co's expertise and recommendations on even the minor details of the ring really paid off on designing a one-of-a-kind ring. It was an absolute pleasure working with their staff and I cannot praise them highly enough. Thank you!"

"My now-husband purchased my engagement ring from Deja's a few years ago and when it was time to choose my wedding band it, there was nowhere else we wanted to look. Deja was our main contact this time and we showed her some female and male band styles we were interested in. For my wedding band, I wanted mini-marquise diamonds set on a curved band so it would match/fit perfectly to the curved bottom of my custom pear shape engagement ring. We took her expert advice and let her work her magic with her custom jeweler. We gave her only a few months to finalize everything before our big date so we were a little worried about the timing, but she made it work and delivered on time (it was our bad for lagging in visiting her). She gave us updates throughout, sent us computer renderings, and made sure it was up to par to her selective likings. When the custom jeweler finished the band, it looked really nice to us, but she insisted it had to be sent back to her jeweler to get it re-done as she noticed some very minor things that the naked eye could barely even notice. We trusted her opinion and honesty and was more than glad to let her re-do it. She made sure the ring was perfect to her standards and that she herself "loved" the ring, rather than just "liked" it, as she takes pride in every Deja ring. For the male band, we wanted a matte gold band with polished edges. She found that ring without having to be custom-made and it's honestly our favorite male band style and haven't seen anyone else with a nicer style. We briefly considered a tungsten band cause it's so cheap, but after researching more on it, don't do it! Tungsten or alternative materials are heavier/bulkier and the color itself won't look as clean as gold. Deja's devotion and experience in her craft is unparalleled!
