"Super nice and friendly staff . Very clean office . To be a hmo office I was in and out fast for an emergency appointment. Front office super nice. I just happen to witness a very disrespectful person . Giving such a hard time . To front office . So demanding and so outrageous behavior. As I was hearing I wanted to say something . But a front office very patient . Handled very good . This world now . Just has no respect . But the want respect."

Forget even trying to talk to them on the phone, they always have attitude about everything and never treat anyone with an ounce of respect. They are constantly canceling appointments and then have attitude when you try to get back on the schedule. Do not go here."

"I had an appointment and it was canceled 2 times. The doctor didn’t go. And one time I witness . When I went was waiting for mr appointment . Looks like dr was going to come in late . The front office receptionist told me . And another person If we wanted to wait . Or reschedule . Doctor last minute let her know she coming in late . That individual was so rude towards font office . Yelling , and saying all disrespectful things to them . Please people . Grow up !! Things happen out of Reach of staff . Not being them to blame they just doing their job . And ppl have the right to be so disrespectful to workers . And come up here in google and post things about the front office . Looks like they have noting else to do . I had been in different GMC offices and really worst . And I still don’t go and write reviews . What I can say that the other receptionist . Is new and has no clue of what she doing . What ever the guy doctor name . He is so dry ,don’t explain nothing , mostly looks like front office has to explain more . Not even the doctor assistant ,Explain nothing.Every time they have different ppl . Wonder why . Poor receptionist . Looks like she has too much in her plate . Western dental has more front staff . More lacking off . Every time I had been . Looks like she has to do everything her self . Feel so bad for her . Good luck . This office is not that bad . I really Being to worst offices ."

"I wouldn’t even rate this place a one star. They are incredibly rude and unprofessional. They have messed up my appointment scheduling and blamed me for not showing up to an appointment I did not schedule or even know about. I tried to reschedule an appointment over the phone because I was sick and they told me that I’ve canceled 4 times, which is not the case at all, and I would need to call them to tell then what time works for me, which is what I was trying to do at that moment, and she mentioned they were booked out untill June. They was sue was talking to me the whole time was as if I offended her. She was very rude for no reason. They talk down to each other in front of clients. I have never in my life seen such unprofessional behavior in a “professional” setting. I don’t understand how this place is still in business. The first time I ever went to this office the Doctor didn’t show up and the receptionist told me it would be a two hour wait. If that doesn’t tell you what kind of business they’re running I don’t know what would, not only that but this place seems to have way more one star reviews than any others."
