"Called to see if they take walkins after 6. Twice dude. 2 hours apart. Both times "whoever answered the phone" said "Yes. We are here." I said you sure cuz google says you close at 6. "Yeah we will be here" Get there at 545. Early! Even though there front door says open and was open. "They dont take walk ins at this time" Conveniently dont know who answered the phone. Ill go elsewhere."
"Make sure that you have an appointment and that you have cash. They will still serve you without an appointment but be prepared to wait. If you don't have cash there is an ATM in the back by the pool table. I got a shave here and the barber wasn't too talkative or friendly, which is fine. Not everyone needs to talk and interact. The shave was decent but he did cut too close in several areas."
"Online they say they close at 6:30 but I showed up at 5 and the door was already locked. I look inside and there's an employee cutting a client. I even called after seeing them standing in the shop and they didn't bother answering. Didn't even come to the door to tell me that they're closed. Just acted like they didn't see me. If they just answered and told me they weren't accepting more clients then I would have understood. But if you're going to act like you don't notice somebody and dodge phone calls then you shouldn't be in business. Good customer service is all it takes to keep people happy. I guess they're not open to new customers willing to pay them. Save your money and go to a different shop if you want to be treated with a bit of respect"
"Best barbershop in the Valley. The service is great and it's a great environment. You don't just go in there for a haircut but, you go for great service. The guys are real friendly. Anthony is my barber. He's a great guy, really takes his time, asks me questions on the hair style I would like, and he's very talented on creating designs. I dislike going to barbershops and feeling I'm being rushed. Anthony does not make you feel that way, he's really passionate about his craft and he shows you by the effort he puts into it cutting your hair. Everytime I leave with a haircut by Anthony, I feel good and confident. Thank you, Anthony."
