"The past two or three times I’ve been in I’ve had very frustrating experiences at this pharmacy. Apathetic and frustrated team members at the pharmacy counter. In fact i had the prescription transferred to the cvs in Target closer to my house. It’s a pain to have to go into Target (not to mention the risk to my wallet walking through THAT gauntlet of fire) but with my new prescription my doctor accidentally sent it to the previous one I’d used on Union which is close to my work and on my way home. I was a bit frustrated by that already but decided to just go there as i needed the prescription. I expected to have a long wait and another frustrating experience. But other than the fact that there were ZERO baskets push cart or hand basket. (So i bought less items than i intended because my arms got full) I was pleasantly surprised. The young black woman with the long hair( i think she had braids) at the pharmacy counter was busy doing something in the back and i expected to have to wait yet again. But she noticed me right away and stopped what she was doing and came to help me check out. I also had multiple items from the store. She was professional and efficient and when i got confused with my cvs card she was patient and friendly and made me smile after a really trying day at work. Her positive attitude and vibe helped me come home with the same even after a long day and a mix up with my dr. It just goes to show how a little effort to be kind can have a ripple effect and my accidental stop at this store turned my day around. Thank you. I only wish I’d gotten her name."

"I've given up in trying to make this pharmacy work for me after having to request a refill five separate times before they'd actually fill it. Meds aren't ready when they're supposed to be, and refill requests go ignored, leading to lapses in therapy for patients who are unable to get their medication, through zero fault of their own. CVS needs to do better. I've been here at all hours, and it makes no difference. Service is always terrible."

"Friendly courteous and professional staff. Wait time wasn’t long at all. Store was also clean and fresh."

"They're always friendly, welcome me at the door, give my coupons and my receipt. The cash register system is kind of a bottleneck. The machines and software are slow, and if you happen to come during a rush, it will be a few minutes, and they act like it is normal. But usually my visits have a happy ending."
