"New pharmacist is horrible. I have been getting my insulin and syringes here for months and she will no longer sell them to even with proof of being diabetic because she thinks I'm a druggie."

"Store was not clean no sales person in site. Honestly these big box stores advertise like they are deep cleaning the baskets to help stop the Covid19 virus however baskets are all in the parking lot and they put a roll of paper towels and spray bottle out for you to clean the basket after you’ve had to bring the basket in from the parking lot. Never have alcohol nor lysol available found employee putting Lysol aside for herself in the electronic section. Not enough cash registers open. I also have used the pharmacy very disappointed with the service. I requested a refill in the app and to have my medication sent to my home I gave them the address to where it needed to be sent to and the app asked me to confirm the address I wanted them delivered to. I confirmed and when the order was filled after a week in a half it seems as though the person responsible for sending it app just assumed they were going to the address that was on file instead of looking at the address that I confirmed in the app . They didn’t take any responsibility and wanted me to pay for their mistake and I called and asked for the manager I was given his name and told they will give Justin the message and have him to call and it’s been 2 weeks and I have not received a call yet. Not very professional nor good service . I made the staff aware of my disappointment. Pharmacy manager not very concerned or just didn’t care because it didn’t affect him or his family. I do not recommend this pharmacy. I am very disappointed. Also the representatives tried to make it seem as though they don’t get the updated information from the app. Not buying it. Just fell to look at the info provided in the app. Lastly I got refill on medication before this incident and went to pick it up and was not greeted at the window was made to hold for almost 10 minutes. Terrible experience here."
