"The front office staff for Dr. Iwelu are HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL and indifferent. On my first appointment it was an hour late as she was not there and nobody bothered to come to the room and offer any explanation. However she was pleasant when she did arrive and apologetic and offered to buy my lunch which I declined. I have had to call the office on another occasion for some concerns and the nurse would not let me finish a sentence so I was not able to give a clear POV of my concern and was causing me to not be able to focus on my concerns. Once I pointed this out she did make an effort but at this point I decided that this was not an office that I would want to be connected with for my needs. I had recently referred someone but had to tell them not to use them. I only gave 2 stars as she was nice even though she was extremely late."
