"I DONT WANT THIS TO HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE! Don’t breakdown in Napa, CA on a Sunday and get your car towed to Napa Ford. Worst automotive repair experience. Patronizing and condescending to no end. Non-existent customer service. Dragged out a one hour job for weeks and thousands of dollars. Within 24 hours of me finally getting the car back: it still had the same exact issue! Days later they finally completed the job and delivered car to me with caked on mud down the side of the car, 90 miles put on car, gas almost on empty and parked with turning the tire into a curb almost puncturing the tire! I DONT WANT THIS TO HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE!"
"A few years ago this dealership was so bad we started to go to Fairfield Ford. Sometime in 2020 I had to go to them, reluctantly, for service on an Escape. To my great pleasure the entire shop had been transformed with all new customer service staff and customer centric philosophy. It's been a joy going there these past 3 years."
"Service was great and they had our truck back to us much faster then expected!"
"Disappointed how poorly Napa Ford's service department responds to messages. Still waiting to hear back from them. Called twice this week and nothing yet. Ironic since I was responding to their prompts for service and a recall notice."
"While the receptionists I spoke with were very friendly, there seems to be a huge lack of communication in the service department. I made an appointment for a Friday morning (7:30am) to have a diagnostic evaluation completed, and I asked ahead of time if I could drop off my car on Thursday afternoon. They said absolutely, and the drop-off on Thursday afternoon went smoothly. I got a rental car to use for the day on Friday so I could still get to work. I tried to make an appointment for Saturday, but they said their diagnostic department was only available Monday-Friday from 7am to 11am. On Friday at about 12noon, I started wondering why I hadn't received a call yet about how my appointment went. After I got off work at 3:30pm, I called to ask how it went, but no one answered. I called again at 4:30pm with no answer, so I left a message. They finally called me back at 5:15pm, only to tell me that the person who was supposed to look at my car wasn't even scheduled to come in that day. They also said they ran out of time for someone else to look at my car, but I was the first in line for someone to look at it on Monday. Mind you, the service department closes at 6pm. No one was planning on calling me on Friday, and I had rented a car for a day for nothing. I ended up calling a Lyft to rush over to pick up my car before they closed. The whole experience was not unprofessional, but it was a waste of my time and money."
