"Gun shop salespeople aren't always the nicest people. If you're not already knowledgeable and know the lingo they can make you feel like an idiot or a burden. Richard of Richard's Armory is probably the nicest person I've met of any gun store in the Memphis area. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Willing to let me handle as many firearms as I wanted. Didn't make me feel like a burden, just wanted to chat and point out different features. Not sure how prices compare to other shops but in my opinion customer service matters and Richard delivers. That's worth more than any price difference​ to me."
