"I contacted the office to schedule an appointment as a new patient. after discussing my insurance information I was led to believe this dentist was an in network provider. Went in for a regular cleaning. My experience in person was underwhelming. I waited over 2 hours to be seen. To my surprise, I received an EOB in the mail explaining this dentist was in fact, not in network. After calling the office Ruby at the front desk explained that chargers were written off. She said they are not in network with any insurance. They should be explicit that they are not paneled with any insurance company. Very misleading information and would not recommend to others."
