They are so helpful, so informative, and keep me up to date on not only prescriptions but available vaccinations...all types. They make me feel valued as a customer and a person. City Drug is the gold standard."

"Changing my previous review... Not sure but attitudes have changed since we first starting coming here. I think it has a lot to do with our verbal expression of "the jab"! They got upset because we transferred our prescriptions to another pharmacy that wouldn't give excuses about why they couldn't/wouldn't run a prescription through insurance. So, after transferring our Rxs they held one prescription hostage. According to this backward state of Arkansas, freedom of choice is not an option due to not being able to transfer your own prescription more than 2 times. With a one year prescription you can find out just how good a pharmacy will treat you. The new pharmacy got the problem fixed and explained to us why there was an issue and IT WASN'T ANYTHING WE WERE DOING!! City Drug just dropped the ball and chose not to go the extra mile for pain meds for severe osteoarthritis!! Don't go here if you are a patriot!!"
