"I would rather travel to a Sephora 20 minutes away than listen to the employee at this one complain in my face to another employee the whole time about how she doesn't want to be there and make me feel like I'm forcing her to do some hard labor when this location doesn't even get that many people. I watched her be super nice and laugh it up with another customer but act like she's too cool to work there when she was "helping" me (I ended up returning what she recommended). She was exactly like pgally's mean girl TikToks but I remained polite and nice. Some people really don't care about how they come off."

"I went to this kohls a few days ago, im newer to the makeup community and i’m not very comfortable in my own skin. I was approached by 2 females, both were overly nice, I then ended up just being helped by a girl named Monica, I confided in her to recommend me a few good products for my red textured skin, she then expressed that i would need “more than a few”, i wondered what she meant by that comment, taking offense i asked for some recommendations, she then shows me the most high end skin care that was quite costly, i explained i had very dry flaky skin, and she handed me products made for oily skin. You should really get someone who knows what they’re talking about, i almost purchased these before reading the bottle."
