"i used to frequent the north highland shop. The owner is a very nice man! I’ve always loved doing business there, but when I noticed they opened one closer to my house I started going there. It’s a nice place and everyone there is very nice, except one employee. It’s an older woman. I don’t know her name, but she’s been extremely rude to me about my purchases and about how frequently I purchase certain items. She tried to make me feel ignorant about the products I use and “recommended” how I should purchase certain products. The way she spoke to me was very demeaning and I didn’t appreciate it. Sadly, as long as she works there I don’t think I’ll return to that location. I didn’t appreciate her attitude considering I’ve been a loyal customer for several years now. Why does it matter how often I choose to purchase items and how I purchase them? Let people shop in peace and stop soliciting unwanted advice."
