"My daughters school cross country team had their shirts made here. She was absent the day shirts were ordered so I had to place the order at the store a couple days latter than the rest. They had me pay and didn't even ask for her size, aside from a reciept for a shirt there was no order form filled out. I had to bring it up that don't you need the size to make the shirt? And they took the information verbally from me again writing nothing down. I asked if it would be done before the second meet, was told it should be. That was August 24. A couple of weeks go by, no shirt. I contact again and am told they don't know if it is ready and they are delivering them to the coach at the school so I can't come pick it up, to take it up with the coach. Meanwhile the coach is telling the girls to have their parents find out what the deal is with their shirts! I just called again today and was told they will have someone get back to me. We have a meet today and district finals Tuesday. I'm not holding my breath."

"I would echo the previous reviewer's sentiment. Not only is the store an absolute wreck, but also the employees forgot about my order. I had a very small custom order that needed to be completed by a specific deadline, which I repeatedly reiterated to the staff. When I called to check up on the order, I was made to feel as if I was being unreasonable by even asking about the shirts. I came in right before closing on the date that they assured me the shirts would be ready, and, guess what, no one had even started working on the order. It was like the employees had no idea who I was, though I had not only called several times but also paid in advance. I had to return to the store multiple times to finally complete my order. What a mess! I'm sincerely shocked that this business can even keep their doors open. It is unfortunate, too, that the staff was so unfriendly and unapologetic about this complete debacle. To be fair, the shirts did look fine once they were finally finished, hence my two- and not one-star review, but it was such a headache to get them done that I will never use or recommend this store again."
