"Im done with this pharmacy for good. Third time in the last 5 visits I was told my stuff would be ready and somehow always not ready. You can call ahead and check and they'll tell you 20 minutes then you get there and have to wait 24 hours. I see why the reviews are awful. Heading to the pharmacy at Food Giant for all future orders."

"I’m currently sitting in the drive thru with my 4 year old and my 3 month old (with the 3 month old screaming). I pull up push the button and nothing. Push it again 3 mins later, still nothing. Finally, after the 3rd call. The girl gets on and says “give me just a minute” and shuts the screen off. I wait for 13 more mins and I am the only one in the drive thru until someone finally helps me. I understand things take a while but at least greet your customer when they pull up and say you will be with them in a few mins."

"Dropped off a prescription. They said 30 minutes. Went home came back an hour later and still had to wait another hour. If it’s going to take 2 hours to get a prescription filled why can’t they just tell you to come back in 2 hours. I’d rather it take forever and be ready when they say it will be then have to sit and wait an hour. They clearly don’t know what their doing."

"My prescription has been ready for 3 days. I have been by the store 3 different times to pickup the medication, waited over 30 minutes each time in line and still never got to the front of the line. There is no reason for it to take 15 to 20 minutes for people to pickup a prescription that is already filled."
