"The Doctor called in for my medicine. Because I just got my cancerous neck 2 of those two of the medication is life threatening I have to have it. The pharmacy person told the Doctor and my sister that they had all the medication. When we went to pickup the medication, they say that they didn’t have the 2 critical medication and that they can’t have a way to check with other wallmart even though they had submitted the two critical medication to my insurance which make things more complicated. Thank The Lord that a lady named Becky at a 24 hr Walgreens in Hendersonville was willing to help. I’m not mad but Walmart Pharmacy have to look into this, I understand that Pharmacist are working hard but this event could cause somebody’s life. We all make mistakes but we need to consider somebody’s life in making a decision."

"Most recent: Ask questions! Went to pick up new glucometer insurance changed to as preferred. After several calls with Dr., she phoned in Rx to pharmacy in my hometown in AL. In the meantime, pharmacy in TN "filled" Rx with OTC glucometer not covered by insurance. I never would have known if I had not spoken with insurance rep previously and she told me there would be no copay. I questioned $20 charge and was told that was over the counter price. Another call to Dr and got the correct one after a week of headaches. When I complained to pharmacist about it, he acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. They "filled" a Rx without a Rx! With the wrong thing, over charging me in the process. Older review: Agree. Pharmacist double check a waste of valuable time if not a new RX. Slow."

"Although they can be a little busy, they have very knowledgeable pharmacists! My family has been using them for years. The pharmacists & a few of the other pharmacy employees know me by name; which is a HUGE deal for me, I hate feeling like "just a number"! * pharmacists are knowledgeable. * employees are nice & polite. * competitive prices. * most insurance accepted * GoodRx coupons are accepted (if you don't have insurance, ALWAYS check GoodRx, I've saved a lot of $$$ w/it!!). * Open 7 days a week (check times)."
