"I have tried getting ahold of this dental office for being over charged for crowns since 2022 and 2023 and have left messages and emails on their portals with no response. I have Cigna PPO and they made me over pay for 2 separate times. Cigna has been trying to get a hold of them and they refuse to discuss. The billing representative has been avoiding me and found out recently they credited my account partially. They still owe me a refund. Also,I went back on August 2023 for a 6 month dental checkup and was advised I had 4 lower right cavities and confirmed with a different dentist that I didn’t have the cavities mentioned. My husband was also over charged with a crown and only received a check with no explanation of what it was for. They still owe a remaining refund for over $500."

"I wouldn't recommend going to Dentists of Fontana to get your crown. Didn't have a good experience. Edit: I was not happy about the lady who put in the crown caused a lot of pain even though she said it will be quick and pain medication was not needed; she ended up spending 45 minutes and did a lot of adjustments, which caused a lot of pain. The pain lasted for the next 7 days. Now after a month the crown works fine and theres no more pain so I changed it to 4 stars."

"First of all let me start with saying I went in to dentist of Fontana for an emergency root canal treatment. At first everything seemed good I liked the service that was provided. Shortly after my great experience turned upside down. I came to realized I was over charged by around 750$ all thanks to my insurance for looking out after me. I ended up getting a refund from dentist of Fontana for the amount they over charged for absolutely no reason. Second of all I went back 2 different times with in weeks because I was still having serious pain in my molar were they performed the root canal, they claimed it was because of me grinding my teeth so they adjusted the bite and that did nothing. Eventually I just stopped trying and contacted my insurance so I could switch dentist. Be very careful and aware of this place. Make sure you call your insurance to verify the amount they are charging you for the procedure. shame on you Dentist of Fontana!"

"I was very happy with our visit. My husband needed an emergency appt and they took him In and helped with his dental problem. Front office ladies were very friendly and welcoming made us feel very comfortable. Edith in the front office was very helpful with scheduling appts for the rest of the family and getting my husbands prescription sent over to the pharmacy promptly."
