Reviews
"The amount of regulars that I have seen leave this place due to music change is astonishing. Line dances are practically non-existent now, and there is more and more rap and pop. Just take cowboy out of the name at this point."
"If you want a Night Club experience head to Nashville. EC takes advantage of the fact that they dont have any competition in clarksville and is known to be kind of racist. The bartenders are rude as hell (I got yelled at for leaning on the bar like, what), the "agents" are on a power trip, the music is mid, the drinks are overpriced, their dress code is full of wierd rules etc.. They kicked me out one time (my anxiety was acting up from the crowd so I sat down on a bar stool in the corner and the bouncers deduced that I had too much to drink and insisted walking me out even though I had done nothing wrong) if you read other reviews youll see they kick people out a lot for similar dumb reasons. When they gave me the boot the bartender still had my Debit card and ID, smh, When I tried to go back in to grab it they made a scene about it, like dude c'mon. You'll have a much better time at Broadway or Revels/darkhorse/strawberry alley here in town if you're looking for some drinks."
"The biggest issue with Electric Cowboy, is that they have no reason to change anything about anything they do, because they have no direct competition as a large nightclub in Clarksville. Yes, the music is sub par. Yes, the security seems to be discriminatory toward non-white men. Yes, the drinks can be watered down at times. But they're the only large nightclub in the city. And if you're with a group of friends that like to party, the place isn't THAT terrible. If you don't like this place, find you a smaller bar or club to go to in Clarksville, or make the drive to Nashville to the honky tonks and mega clubs. With more restaurants planned to be constructed around the downtown arena, maybe a decent nightclub will also be in the works to give EC some much needed competition."
"Security here is a joke “agents” feel like they’re actual cops. Parked in a parking spot with my windows down and music was on low, security beat on my truck fender 3 times to “get my attention” requested to turn music down and i did exactly that. Proceeded to come back 10-15minutes later and kick me out, i agreed to leave the property and requested in the future not to hit on someones vehicle as they did not work for or pay for the car/truck. His excuse was “i was en route to another call” tried to file a complaint and got nothing but an attitude from the lady at the bar when asking for a manager. Thanks for the new dent!"
"To the manager/owner, the front counter girls like to relay information that doesn’t pertain to them and can put others in danger by 1.them one speaking about personal information they hear 2. Relaying the information as they please/manipulate. If they find a need to involve themselves in people’s conversations I suggest they have the manners to tell them to the customers face what they think they heard. Since they tell others information that was never said. This being said I’m glad I’m no longer in any legal proceedings with the person they gave false information to."
