"Dentist is amazing, she really takes time to work on you and explain the procedures thoroughly. Office and staff are somewhat a different story. You'll encounter nice ones, and you'll encounter ones that don't say much or remain stoic. The waiting room was crowded with a few people not wearing their masks appropriately. None of the staff approached the people about it all. So it felt uncomfortable the entire time and stuck near the entrance door as if I need an escape route. I didn't want to sit either as I was already being paranoid with sanitation on the seats. I don't know what happened whether the office overbooked or overlooked their patients' needs, but it was definitely a busy morning for them. I just need a quick post-op consultation, but for some reason staff told the doctor I needed some work done. So my situation became a 45 min wait for a 1-3 minute consultation. Not much communication or clarification between staff and patients."

"When a child goes back I think a parent or guardian should be able to accompany them as they are little especially if u can hear the child saying I want my mom and saying ouch ouch ouch. I get theres no space BUT maybe you should figure space out so a child can feel some comfort. I'm sitting in the lobby and can hear my child screaming out here and crying. This is not okay.... u cant get work done because hes scared and thinks hes all alone and hurting!!!!!!!! I will not prefer this place to anyone or come back."

"Best dentist I've ever been to! Such sweet and caring staff! I highly recommend coming here if your in the area and in need of a great dentist. I’ve been coming here for the past year and have never had any problems EVER!!"

"Very nice staff. However, my daughter has very high anxieties about dentistry and though we showed before our appointment time it took us a while to get back there which built up her anxieties as well as she found the dentist to be cold. He didnt say hello or introduce himself to she nor I, just sort of came in and started doing work. Also, we told them she had a bad tooth from a permanent retainer that left built up plaque, and after xrays they told us she had no cavities. Dentist came in and told me she had a hole in her molar (which I told then she had and they first denied). This made me feel uneasy, because if I knew she needed a root canal and the staff wasn't able to see that on the rads (her ortho even saw it on her rads) then what else are they missing? So in the end, they're a very nice staff, very accommodating with making appointments, but the education is a little questionable as well as the dentist could use a little warming up for his clients."

"My daughter had a bad experience with her last dentist. She loves coming here. They are the best!!! I high recommended them to anyone looking for a great dentist. I come here too."
