"The entire staff at California Dental Group of North Anaheim are exceptional! My family of five flew in on Wednesday, first time to California, first time to Disneyland.... We were eating a later dinner after flying all day, and as I bit into dinner, my cosmetic flipper piece broke in half from a dental extraction I had previously undergone back home. The flipper was there for cosmetics, but it was my front upper tooth. I immediately started crying and the urge of wanting to go home. I couldn't imagine spending the week in California without a front tooth. I immediately called, left a message and they took me the next morning first thing. Dr. Mattar took impressions, rushed my broken piece to the lab for repair, gave me two invisaligner trays, and had an entire brand new flipper made (that fits better than the original) by the next day. Once she found out my family was enjoying Disneyland and I was at the dentist, she made sure I was quickly taken care. I left the office with three back ups for the day, and came back the next day for the brand new piece. My vacation was saved!!! This staff is wonderful. If I lived in California, this would be my dentist. If you are in need of a dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Mattar and the entire staff. Amazing, kind, respectful, caring and they go above and beyond. As I sat watching others come and go, the level of service is the same for everyone. It was like everyone was family. "I switched to this office earlier this year while I was experiencing a dental emergency that needed immediate emergency attention that my regular dental office was not able to accomodate and I’m glad I came across this office. They were so immensely accommodating and the entire office made me feel welcomed and comforted and that’s when I decided to make them my new primary dental care office on the spot. I’ve come in with routine dental issues and some dental emergencies and they’ve always been so comforting and have gone the extra mile to make me feel good about my experience. Front desk nurses are always so kind and answer any and all questions I have thoroughly. After years of bouncing between different dental physicians and having bad experiences with unwelcoming staff and offices, I plan on staying with CDG North Anaheim for the foreseeable future!
