"Wonderful service and very helpful staff. Dr. Hall is amazing and so nice."
"Visited in 2015. Had me replace all mercury fillings with white ones, because "they were showing signs of decay and should be replaced anyway". Spent multiple hours in a chair over multiple visits to get it all done. Also did a crown. Went to a different dentist a year after this visit with significant dental pain, found that the crown Dr. Hall did needed to be redone, and many of his replaced fillings were done poorly. Waste of thousands of $$. The office also tried to bill me for a "Deep cleaning" that insurance wouldn't cover. My insurance had to write them a letter to stop billing me because they weren't allowed to bill me for it. Don't recommend. Don't believe all the positive reviews online at multiple websites, seems many are fake."

"I have been a patient with Dr. Hall for almost 20 years. His office staff is caring and helpful. They patiently explain answers to any questions related to billing or dental work. Dr. Hall and his staff willingly reach out and give of themselves to the Bakersfield community. What i appreciate most is the time Dr. Hall takes to speak with me while I am in the office and the phone calls he gives in the evening to follow up on dental work given that day.
